I use the app for rewards, though it doesn't ever show the progress bar towards your next member status. I mean, it works, but it really is disappointing not to see it since it's invisible and just says your progress is zero. I'm currently a diamond member and have spent a lot of money, but I wish they had a fix. I have tried removing the app and re-download it, but it seems it's just a constant bug.

I can't recall any app that has given me as much frustration as this one. Mobile pay was a complete failure, from not being able to read my credit card with its own scan feature and requiring me to manually enter it, to then having everything I just entered disappear...3 times in a row. This on top of past frustrations I've had trying to enter and save gift cards as payment methods. The negative app experience is a strong deterrent to patronizing the restaurant.

Says location services not activated when they actually are; if there's an issue with the order, you don't know what it is that prevents you from completing the order. If there's been a change that you need to approve (e.g. deliver charge update), there nothing to indicate that you approve and to complete your order. Has on occasion not confirmed that an order has gone thru and unable to track delivery. Food is good when you can have it delivered, but these problems discourage me from ordering.
